Our Team

Lindon Hargreaves

Director

Lindon is a Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years experience in public practice. He studied and commenced his career in Perth where he worked in large Chartered Accounting firms. He then opted to purchase his own practice in Narrogin which has expanded to include an office in Busselton.

Lindon now splits his time between the Narrogin and Busselton offices. He specialises in providing small businesses with tailored solutions to allow them to run their business effectively and profitably. He works directly with each business owner to put in place customised accounting, taxation and business practices.

Lindon has a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting & Finance and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. He also holds a Certificate of Public Practice.

Michael Sullivan

Associate

Michael grew up in Busselton and has been working for Lindon Hargreaves & Associates since 2019. In 2008, Michael completed his Bachelor of Business (Accounting & Public Practice) and now has 15 years experience working as an Accountant, supporting small business in the area.

Michael specialises in tax planning, ongoing tax compliance and assisting clients who purchase a business or set up a new business of their own.

When he’s not working, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and 4 children and keeping fit.

Regina Lutey

Manager

Regina has lived in Narrogin since the beginning of 1984 and been employed with Lindon Hargreaves & Associates (or its predecessors) since July 1987. She is a Chartered Accountant preparing financials, tax returns, business and instalment activity statements for a variety of clients using various tax/business structures including self managed superannuation funds.

Regina gives advice on tax issues including appropriate business structures, tax planning and associated matters. She also completes ABN, GST, PAYG, payroll tax and business names registrations as well as completion of ASIC requirements for companies.

Paulette Johnson

Accountant

Paulette is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA).

She has worked in accounting practices since starting work as a computer operator at a small firm in Leederville.

Paulette moved to Busselton in 1998 and started an administration role in a local practice. Whilst still working in administration she started a Double Major in Accounting and Public Practice at Edith Cowan in Bunbury and moved into the accounting role during her studies. After obtaining her degree she went on to complete a CPA qualification.

Chloe Grout

Accountant

Chloe grew up in Narrogin and has been working for Lindon Hargreaves & Associates since 2014. She has a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting.
